SBSC 2019 MEMBER SURVEY

Dear Fellow Member,

We would greatly appreciate it if you could help us by spending just a few minutes in completing the following survey.

In appreciation we are placing all member names, who complete the survey into a prize draw, to be drawn at the club Friday 29th November. The winner shall receive a voucher for a Thursday night dinner for 2 at the club, including a bottle of wine, total value of $100, plus $10 in Fish Tray raffle tickets.
